لا يجوز عزل القضاة من مناصبهم إلا بعد عقوبة تم توقيعها في دعوى محاسبة بموجب أحكام قانون السلطة القضائي
I think the Arabic translation is not accurate. i would rather say,
" لا يجوز عزل القضاة من مناصبهم إلا بعد إدانتهم بدعوى تقصير وفقاً لأحكام قانون السلطة القضائية".
After giving your opinions, please judge the translation of this passsage
All concerned authorities, each within its competence, shall implement this Law. This Law shall come into force six months after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette ( Or Official journal ) .
على جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القانون. ويُعمل به بعد ستة أشهر من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية .
